Billing
Billing answers one question: which plan is this account on, and how do I change it. Pricing is page-based: a paid tier buys a larger monthly page allowance, unlimited accounts, more AI credits, the AI assistant, open-banking connections where available and priority support; the REST API and webhooks are on Professional and Business — see Plans & limits.
What it shows
A card for each plan, in ascending order. Each card lists that plan's allowances, and the card for the plan you are on is highlighted and marked Current plan. Monthly and annual prices are both shown; annual is ten times monthly.
Below the cards, if you are on a paid plan, are two further actions: Manage billing and Cancel (downgrade to Free).
Features

| Page pack | Buys a one-time 1,000-page pack ($15) on any plan, including Free. Pack pages count for the current month. |
| Manage billing | Opens the payment provider's portal, where payment methods and invoices live. |
| Cancel | Downgrades the account to the Free plan after a confirmation. |
How to use it
- Open Billing. The card marked Current plan is the one in force.
- To move to a paid plan, select Upgrade or Choose plan on that plan's card. You are redirected to the payment provider's checkout to complete payment.
- Short of pages this month but happy with your plan? Buy a page pack instead of upgrading.
- To update a card, see invoices or change payment details, select Manage billing. This opens the payment provider's own portal.
- To stop paying, select Cancel (downgrade to Free) and confirm.
Notes and limits
- Paid plans are activated through checkout. The plan changes once payment has gone through — the app cannot switch an account onto a paid plan directly.
- Cancelling moves the account to Free immediately, with the Free allowance from that point on.
- Allowances apply everywhere, including uploads that arrive through the API or a watched cloud folder. Reaching a limit pauses the action rather than charging you more.
- If payment is not available for your account yet, checkout and the portal report that instead of redirecting.
