Consolidated
Across everything you hold, how much came in, how much went out, and which accounts contributed what? This screen combines all your accounts into one view while keeping each currency separate.
What it shows
Four blocks, all for the period you select at the top of the page.
| Block | What it contains |
|---|---|
| Totals per currency | One card per currency, each showing total income, total spending, net cash flow, combined balance, and the number of accounts in that currency. |
| Combined monthly cash flow | A month-by-month chart of money in against money out, for the dominant currency. |
| Net by account | A bar per account showing its net cash flow over the period, for the dominant currency. |
| Per-account breakdown | A table of every account: account, currency, income, spend, net and balance. |
The "dominant currency" is simply the currency that the most transactions in the period were recorded in. It is labelled next to each chart title so it is never ambiguous.
Features
| Feature | What it does |
|---|---|
| Period selector | Choose a preset window or a custom From/To range. Every block reloads for the chosen period. |
| Per-currency totals | Income, spending, net and balance are totalled separately for each currency and never added together. |
| Ranked account table | The breakdown is ordered by net cash flow, highest first, so the strongest and weakest accounts are at the ends. |
How to use it
- Pick a period at the top of the page.
- Read the currency cards for the headline position in each currency you hold.
- Use the monthly chart to see whether income covered spending month by month.
- Use Net by account to see which accounts drove the result.
- Drop into the breakdown table for the exact per-account figures, each in its own currency.
Notes and limits
- The default period is the last year up to your most recent statement, not the last year up to today, so a full year of uploaded data is shown even when your latest statement is some months old.
- Nothing is converted between currencies. Where a figure can only be shown for one currency — the two charts — the dominant currency is used and stated.
- Income and spending are totalled by the currency of each transaction. Balances and the account count are grouped by the account's own currency, so a currency can appear with a balance even if it had no activity in the period.
- Balance is each account's most recent known balance, not a balance as at the end of the selected period.
- Transactions that could not be attributed to an account are still counted, and appear in the breakdown table as a single "Unassigned" row.
- Accounts with no transactions in the period do not appear in the breakdown table.
- Archived accounts are excluded.
- If the period contains no transactions, the page says so rather than showing empty charts.
