Plans & limits
Pricing is page-based. Every plan unlocks the whole product; a paid tier buys a larger monthly page allowance, unlimited accounts, and the two paid-only extras (the AI chatbot and priority support).
| Plan | Price / mo | Pages / mo | Accounts | Features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 100 | 1 | all except the AI chatbot and priority support |
| Basic | $10 | 500 | unlimited | all |
| Starter | $20 | 1,000 | unlimited | all |
| Professional | $50 | 5,000 | unlimited | all |
| Business | $100 | 10,000 | unlimited | all |
"All" means the full set: OCR, spending & income insights, consolidated view, money-flow analytics, fraud signals, forecasts, investments, AI insights (chatbot), tax reports, loan affordability, API access, advanced analytics, the audit log and priority support.
Free includes all of that except the AI chatbot and priority support. Storage and the number of statements you upload are unlimited on every plan, including Free — pages and (on Free) the single account are the only limits.
- Annual billing includes two months free — the annual price is ten times the monthly one.
- Maximum upload size: 100 MB per file.
What counts as a page
Pages are the unit you are billed on, so it is worth being precise:
| Upload | Pages counted |
|---|---|
| Its actual page count — a 12-page PDF costs 12 pages | |
| CSV, TSV, OFX, QFX, QIF, XLS/XLSX, JSON | 1 page, however many rows it contains |
| Scanned image (JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF) | 1 page |
| A PDF that cannot be read (corrupt or encrypted) | 1 page — metering never blocks an upload over a parsing problem |
A practical consequence: if your bank offers CSV as well as PDF, exporting CSV costs a single page regardless of how many transactions it holds. On the Free plan's 100 pages a month that is the difference between a handful of statements and a year of them.
Pages are counted at upload, before parsing. If a statement is rejected because every row in it already existed, the pages it cost are refunded — re-uploading last month's file by mistake does not permanently consume your allowance.
How limits behave
Limits are enforced on the server, so they apply equally through the app and the API.
| Situation | Result |
|---|---|
| Monthly pages exceeded, or a second account added on Free | 429 — the request is refused; upgrade or wait for the next period |
| The AI chatbot called on Free | 402 — upgrade required |
No other capability returns 402: apart from the AI chatbot and priority support, every plan
includes every feature.
Allowances reset each billing period and do not carry over. Exceeding one returns an error rather than an unexpected charge.
