Plans & limits

Pricing is page-based. Conversion, reconciliation, review tools, every dashboard and every export format are on every plan, including Free. A paid tier buys a larger monthly page allowance, unlimited accounts, more AI credits, the AI assistant, open-banking connections where available, and priority support. The REST API and webhooks are on Professional and Business.

Storage and the number of statements you upload are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Prices are in USD. Annual billing is ten times the monthly price — two months free.

Page packs

Need more pages in a busy month? A 1,000-page pack costs $15 and can be bought on any plan, including Free, without a subscription. Pack pages count for the month you buy them and do not roll over.

What counts as a page

UploadPages counted
PDFIts actual page count — a 12-page PDF costs 12 pages
Any other file — CSV, Excel, OFX, QIF, JSON, HTML, or a scanned image1 page, however many rows or pixels it contains
Exact re-upload of a statement already imported0 — the upload is rejected and its pages refunded

If your bank offers a spreadsheet download as well as a PDF, the spreadsheet costs a single page no matter how many transactions it holds. On the Free plan's 20 pages a month, that is the difference between a couple of PDF statements and more than a year of them.

A statement that partly overlaps an earlier one is metered normally; the overlapping rows are quarantined instead of duplicated. Only an exact re-upload — every row already imported — is refunded.

AI credits

One AI credit is roughly a thousand tokens of model usage. Credits are consumed by the AI assistant and by the bulk Categorize and Recognize merchants actions in Transactions. Parsing, merchant naming and categorisation at upload time are not metered. Credits reset each billing period.

How limits behave

SituationWhat happens
You reach your monthly page allowanceNew uploads are held (the app and the API answer with a quota error) until the next billing period, an upgrade, or a page pack.
You add a second account on the Free planYou are asked to upgrade.
You open the AI assistant, or run out of AI creditsYou are asked to upgrade or wait for the next period.
You create an API key on Free or StarterThe API is on Professional and Business; you are asked to upgrade.
You connect a bank directly on FreeOpen-banking connections are on paid plans, where available.

Allowances reset each billing period and do not carry over. Reaching a limit pauses the action — it never results in an automatic charge. Cancel any time; see the refund policy.
